Kenya Agriculture & Health Improvement Initiative (KAHII) is performance based and result oriented group, multi dimensional communications and health delivery Civil Society Organization. It was founded in the year 2000 and registered as a community based organization with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Heritage and Sports in the year 2003 by a group of 5 doctors and Pharmacists in order to fight HIV & AIDS and other tropical diseases in Kenya. Its primary thematic area of operation has been HIV prevention and health improvement; strategic communication, sexual reproductive health research, HIV & AIDS Training education. The organization fosters positive living practices; promotes and sustains individual, community, and societal behavior change; and maintains appropriate disease prevention and treatment techniques.
