All Ukrainian Network of PLWH
All-Ukrainian Network of PLWHworked a difficult way up from the small group of activists to the most successful national organization of PLWH. In August 2007 Network became one of the Principle Recipients of the Global Fund Round 6 Grant. Its current activities include: providing care and support for people living with HIV/AIDS ; improvement of the system of legal services providing by regional departments of the All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH; Scaling Up the National Response to HIV/AIDS through Information and Services (SUNRISE); improving the professional level of the All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS; development of the regions; equal opportunities for people living with HIV/AIDS; advocating and lobbying the rights of HIV-positive children; prevention of abandonment of children born to HIV-positive mothers (MAMA+).
