The second phase of the project Monitoring the UNGASS-AIDS Goals on Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health within the AIDS plans, the UA Forum, promotes and monitors the ICPD; Beijing + 15; and has political incidence at the AIDS International Conference, MDG Summit, and the HLM UA review in 2011.

The communication strategy has finally come to conclusion after two years of development. The design of the UNGASS-AIDS Forum's presence on the web had to be functional and open to many possibilities, just depending on the organization of the content within.

Communication goals:

1. To increase the participant’s knowledge about the structural similarities among different local realities, in order to strengthen the articulated participation of civil society based on the methodology built around the UNGASS-AIDS Forum.

2. To foment internal articulation in the countries which have participated on the project – among participants of the UNGASS Forums; among those and the governmental and multilateral organisms located in the countries; among the civil society participants in general.

3. To foment the communication among the countries in the project in order to strengthen the regional action and influence the global agenda.
